Welcome to Local Businesses AI. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, business directory, listings, enquiry services, booking features, and related services (“Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Platform

Local Businesses is an online platform that helps users discover and connect with local businesses, shops, professionals, companies, and service providers.

We may provide business listings, contact information, locations, reviews, ratings, photographs, offers, enquiries, bookings, advertisements, and other related features.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, we act as a platform connecting users and businesses and are not the direct provider of products or services offered by listed businesses.

2. User Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement under applicable law to create an account or use services requiring contractual consent.

You are responsible for providing accurate and current information.

3. User Accounts

Users should perform their own checks before entering into transactions.

6. Reviews and Ratings

Users may submit genuine reviews and ratings based on their experiences.

Users must not submit fake reviews, paid or manipulated reviews, defamatory content, threats, harassment, spam, misleading statements, or content that violates another person's rights.

We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates our policies or applicable law.

Any agreement or transaction between a user and a listed business is primarily between those parties.

Listed businesses are responsible for their products, services, prices, availability, warranties, delivery, refunds, cancellations, licenses, taxes, and customer service obligations.

Local Businesses does not guarantee the quality, suitability, availability, accuracy, safety, or legality of third-party products or services.

9. Bookings and Appointments

Where booking functionality is available, businesses are responsible for confirming appointments and providing the booked services.

Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and no-show conditions may vary according to the applicable business's policies.

10. Payments

Certain services, subscriptions, advertisements, bookings, or promotions may require payment.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. Users agree to provide accurate billing information and comply with applicable payment-provider terms.

11. Subscription Plans

Businesses may purchase free or paid membership plans that provide different listing features, visibility, lead access, advertisements, analytics, or promotional benefits.

Prices, features, billing periods, renewal conditions, and applicable taxes will be displayed when purchasing a plan.

12. Featured and Sponsored Listings

Businesses may pay for featured, promoted, or sponsored placement.

Paid placement does not mean that we guarantee or endorse the quality of the business.

13. Offers and Promotions

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy, validity, availability, terms, pricing, discounts, coupons, and fulfilment of offers they publish.

14. Prohibited Activities

Users and businesses must not use the Platform for fraudulent or illegal activities; impersonation; fake listings or reviews; spam; malware; unauthorized data collection; infringement of intellectual property; harassment; misleading advertising; attempts to compromise Platform security; or other activities prohibited by applicable law.

15. Intellectual Property

The Platform's software, design, branding, graphics, databases, logos, and original content may be protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit protected Platform content without authorization.

Business owners retain responsibility for content they upload and confirm that they have the necessary rights to use that content.

16. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate or link to third-party services such as maps, payment gateways, social media, messaging services, analytics providers, or external business websites.

Those services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

17. Accuracy of Information

We aim to provide useful and accurate information but cannot guarantee that every business listing, price, address, telephone number, working hour, review, offer, or service description will always be complete or current.

Users should confirm important information directly with the relevant business.

18. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts, listings, or access to the Platform when necessary to address violations of these Terms, fraud, security risks, legal requirements, or misuse of the Platform.

19. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific search rankings, customer enquiries, leads, bookings, sales, or business results.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law Siddhrans Infotech Pvt Ltd,  will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party business transactions, inaccurate third-party listings, user-generated content, external services, or unauthorized use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users and business owners agree to be responsible for claims or losses resulting from their unlawful use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or content they submit.

22. Privacy

Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which should be read together with these Terms.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, features, business model, or applicable legal requirements change.

Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with the revised effective date.

24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer protection and other mandatory laws, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
